CORPORATE PROFILE
Patrick Tan LLC, previously known as Patrick Tan & Associates, is a client-centric and multi-award winning law firm in Singapore providing a diverse range of legal services. We have two principal Practice Groups namely Private Clients Practice Group (PCPG) and Corporate Clients Practice Group (CCPG). We believe that the clients in each of these Practice Groups have their own unique requirements and as such, our lawyers and support staff in each Practice Groups are trained to handle all aspects of legal work related to the respective Practice Groups.
Under PCPG, we provide our private clients with services related to family law, wills and probate, trusts, Syriah law, personal injuries and accident claims, criminal defense, real estate and bankruptcy.
Under CCPG, we provide our corporate clients with services related to general commercial work, commercial litigation and arbitration, insolvency, credit recovery and insurance.
In 2005, the founder of the Firm Mr. Patrick Tan was nominated for the Spirit of Enterprise Award.
In 2007, the Firm became the first law firm in Singapore to be awarded the coveted PrimeLaw Practice Management Excellence Standard by the Law Society of Singapore. This award recognizes and reinforces the Firm’s commitment in providing the best possible results and highest level of service to our clients.
In 2010, the Firm was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award - Small Firm Category by the Law Society of Singapore for its pro bono efforts.
In 2011, the Firm was again awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award - Small Firm Category by the Law Society of Singapore for its prolific pro bono efforts.
